Kirstin does fantastic work. When I started my sessions with her, I had been having leg pain on a daily basis for months. After the first session, I felt significant relief and noticed a big change in my overall body posture. After two sessions, the shifts were more substantial; and now at the end of the series, my body is truly in a different place. My issue is resolved and she has given me strategies to keep it from reoccurring.

She has a detailed understanding of anatomy and I appreciate her ability to find the root cause of the problem. Kirstin has also helped me with my upper body. As a musician, I endure long periods of repetitive stress, and her work has undone a lot of the damage that I thought I just had to live with.  Thanks, Kirstin!

What I appreciated most about Kirstin was her ability to teach as well as provide hands on therapy. Ultimately, our bodies want to heal themselves and feel good - Kirstin was able to explain some of the things that may prevent this from happening, plus she gave me "take home" exercises that I continue to use. Not only did I feel immediate results, but I understood ways in which I could maintain them.

The greatest benefit? Prior to my work with Kirstin, I was seeing a chiropractor 1-2 times per week. I wasn't aware of any other therapy that would specifically help with spinal alignment, but I found that structural integration was the perfect complement. Following my work with Kirstin, I've been able to reduce my chiropractor visits, which saves me both time and money, and I still feel great.

Kirstin and I worked together for over three years at her massage office in Corvallis. She is highly intuitive, knowledgeable and fun. Her structural integration work enabled me to be much more comfortable in my body, specifically relieving discomfort in my legs to the extent I was able to take up a walking program. I have lost almost 30 lbs., thanks to Kirstin's work. Lucky Portland, we in Corvallis are jealous you have her now. I highly recommend her.
